5\/6 ans<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

m\u00eame travail qu’avec les 6-9 ans. Exercices pour avoir le pouvoir \u00e0 l’\u00e9gal des pokemons ; \u00ab\u00a0pouvoir\u00a0\u00bb des esquives, \u00ab\u00a0pouvoir\u00a0\u00bb des chutes avant. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

9-13 ans<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

cours par Ha lan<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Les esquives, travaill\u00e9es en tutorat avec les grad\u00e9s. Ha\u00efhammi katate dori Kote gaeshi puis sur yokomen uchi. Jeu balle de feu doubl\u00e9e par frappes au shoken<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Adultes<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Les marches AYumi ashi et Tsughi ashi. Puis les 5 d\u00e9placements. Ensuite avec un grad\u00e9 comme tuteur. Puis sous frappes au shokken. Shomen uchi \/Kote gaeshi, Yokomen uchi Ude Kime nage, shio nage. Pause puis passage de grade \u00e0 blanc pour yudansha (participation de Romain et de Nicolas).
