Puis en vis \u00e0 vis en enchainement miroir.<br \/>\nJo Nage: r\u00e9flexion et test absorption de l\u2019NRJ en ta\u00ef sabaki sur saisie du Jo. Le corps d\u00e9marre avant le b\u00e2ton. Puis projection Kokyu-nage. Exercice \u00e9quivalent sur ryote dori (mains nues). Enfin, ryote dori\/Ikkyo. Autant les jambes vont cr\u00e9er un vide , autant la main de tori pique telle un sabre vers l\u2019avant dans l\u2019avant bras d\u2019Uke afin de conserver une distance de s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Cette contrainte sert \u00e9galement a presser et concentrer l\u2019NRJ d\u2019Uke afin de pouvoir la lib\u00e9rer le moment venu et qu\u2019Uke fournisse le maximum d\u2019action en toute \u00e9conomie cot\u00e9 Tori.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Conseil<\/span><\/strong>: lorsqu\u2019on prend le r\u00f4le d\u2019Uke, se rappeler qu\u2019on nourrit la technique par notre NRJ. Une attaque inexistante prodiguera une technique avec un rendu moindre. Tori n\u2019est qu\u2019un guide, il n\u2019a pas \u00e0 tirer ni pousser.<br \/>\nDans le r\u00f4le de Tori, il faut pr\u00e9senter le Jo \u00e0 bonne et confortable hauteur \u00e0 Uke.
